My name is Berit    

As a coach and psychotherapist I work with women who have sleep challenges and help them get back to sleeping well again, so that they can feel more energised and vibrant. 

Having worked in corporate for years I have experienced periods of severe sleep problems, that I have recovered from, and  I have made it my mission to help others do the same.  The exhaustion from the often perceived pressures & urgency and the rushing when juggling work and family life leaves little time and energy to care for ourselves, as we know we ought to.

Why do we do what we do when we know what we know?

I’m also a mum, married and from Norway originally, the land of brown cheese, northern lights and the midnight sun, though I have lived in England most of my adult life.
