Lifestyle changes helped me get back to sleepig well again,

and it changed my life in so many ways.  I discovered that how I choose to breathe, think, perceive, move, eat and drink all have an affect on the quality of my sleep.   I have now made it my mission to help others x

Expanding my knowledge and expertise is a passion,

in the areas of how our mindset, beliefs and emotions affect our physiology and biochemistry, and how our environment shape us.

A recovering people pleaser, oh yes, that’s me… On more than one occasion have I stretched myself too far and paid the price of extreme tiredness, difficulty sleeping, exhaustion accompanied with mood swings and comfort eating.

Having made a few lifestyle changes including learning to be clear about my boundaries, aka saying no more, which of course means saying yes to myself, I have come out the other side. I’m super grateful for what this has taught me and I have huge empathy and understanding for women who suffer in various ways whether it is sleep problems, feeling hormonal or in constant anxiety and stress with all that life throws at them, so when I can help women create positive change, that’s when I am in my element. That’s pure magic for me!

I’m a mum, married and from northern Norway originally, the land of brown cheese, northern lights and the midnight sun.

Podcasts, peonies and nutrient dense foods are among things I love, and as a treat a cappuccino or a New Zealand Sauvignon blanc.

Having worked in corporate for years I experienced the exhaustion from the (often perceived) pressure & urgency and the rushing when juggling work and family life.

As a Therapist and Coach/Counsellor for over 10 years, my clients often have similar challenges and I help using various tools and techniques, of course, but having gone through similar challenges myself I am able to support from a personal perspective too.

Much love and hugs,

Berit x
