Sometimes it feels like we just have to put up with how things are. We have tried "everything", and still haven't got to the bottom of it. I say, regardless of what it is, the situation we experience is a symptom of something and we don't have to live with it forever - truly. We just have to understand what is causing it, then we can move away from what is causing us grief, and start experiencing how energised feels again.
